Block Highlighting
Block Highlighting is a technique that helps add a mid-level of depth to your mini.  It may be used with or
without
Inking/Glazing.

If used with Inking/Glazing:
1. Mix a batch of your original base-coat color or color used before inking.
2. Apply a broad highlight to all the raised and flat areas of the model.
3. Make sure to leave a small border between the ink recesses and the block highlight.  This will ensure 3
levels of depth.

If used without Inking/Glazing:
1. Mix a batch of the intended highlight.  These colors do not need to be in the same color group as the
base, and may be used to give a great shading effect.  For example you may use a purple or grey
base-coat and block highlight with a flesh tone to give a sickly look.
